We’re so excited to be hosting your products and brand at our upcoming 1 Year Anniversary Weekend! We aim to meet the highest standards of excellence, and that extends to our Pop Up Market partners. We want you to be successful in sales and customer engagement. To help achieve this, we have created a set of standards for you to review below, as well as a timeline and list of vendors joining you. After reading through this, feel free to reach out to us via Instagram or email our Manager here if you have any other questions.


DISPLAY

You have worked hard creating your merchandise/brand and now you get to share it in our coffee shop; it’s like having a second retail location for free (for a few hours)! Take advantage of this by making your display area look as amazing as your products. Let us know if we can assist you by providing a table, or if you will be bringing your own. We also ask that you bring a tent, as our Pop Ups will be outside to create buzz as people drive down 3rd street.

GREETING

Our community and SAGO guests are friendly. Take this opportunity to get to know them! Feel free to greet and invite them to visit your display table as they approach the shop. 

SOCIAL MEDIA

Part of the reason we invited you to be part of our Anniversary Weekend is because we love your brand and want to celebrate you! Beyond hosting you for a Pop Up, we also plan to share your brand on our social media accounts leading up to our event. Our Sago Intern will be reaching out to schedule a time when you can bring by some of your products to photograph in the shop. We will share these pictures with you, and ask that you would post about the event and tag us on your social media platforms, as well!

 

PRICE POINT

Bring items that are priced to sell! In our experience, we’ve found that merchandise priced between $5 and $30 have done the best. We want you to succeed both in sharing your brand, but also by making a profit at our Pop Up Event! 


Please arrive with enough time to set up your tent/display and be ready to go at 10am. Our manager and social media specialist will be there to greet and assist you that morning!
